Returns
You have fourteen calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, unless your purchase includes items made through our Print-on-Demand process. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Print-on-Demand Items
Items of the shop categories Playmats and Apparel are exclusively made through a Print-on-Demand (POD) process. This means each item is uniquely produced immediately after your order is placed. Because these items are not pre-made and are manufactured only upon order, we cannot accept returns for them unless the respective items are defective. The POD process ensures each product is freshly created and tailored for each customer, which unfortunately means we cannot restock or resell items once they are made.
Return Process
To initiate a return of non-POD items (currently this only includes Proxy Cards), please contact us at merfolksdragonselves@gmail.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to proceed with sending your product back to us. Please be aware that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt. We will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
